Can you start from nothing?
That's my favourite kind of project. A brand first, then a marketing site designed and built in Framer or Webflow. It's delivered in stages, so you have something live early and it keeps getting better.
What does unlimited requests mean?
Add as many requests to your board as you like. I work through them one at a time, in the order you set, so the queue never stops moving.
How fast will I get my designs?
Most requests arrive in about two working days. Bigger pieces, like a web app or a full website, are broken into smaller parts and delivered in stages.
How does pausing work?
Billing runs in 31-day cycles. If you pause after 21 days, you keep the remaining 10 days for whenever you come back.
What happens if you're on holiday or off sick?
Normal working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. For planned breaks, I give at least two weeks' notice so you can queue work up in advance. If I'm ever unavailable for more than three working days in a row, such as a longer illness, I'll extend your billing cycle to cover it. Your queue picks up where it left off when I'm back.
What if I don't like the design?
I'll keep revising until you're happy. Revisions are unlimited and don't cost you a place in the queue.
Who owns the work?
You do. Everything I make for you is yours, including all source files.
What's not included?
Native mobile apps, print-heavy layouts like brochures or books, and full back-end development. If you're unsure, ask on the intro call.
Are there refunds?
If it isn't working out in the first week, I'll refund 75% of your first month. After that you can cancel any time and won't be billed again.
